The day started with pictures being taken at the clubrooms. Then on to the cruise. As we headed down the foreshore, we decided to stop for a couple of stragglers, making for a great photo oppotunity. It was then down the motorway, up Ngaranga Gorge, taking in a rest stop at the National Police College. During this stop, cruisers were invited to take a moment to walk through the Police Museum, which from the comments was well worth looking at. After leaving the college, we headed up through Pauatahanui, over the Haywards Hill, to Silverstream. At the top of Blue Mountains Road we stopped for lunch at the Harley Tours Cafe. This is where the cruise ended. Cruisers then went their seperate ways to prepare for the nights festivities.
